I am specialised in mixed-method research, conversion rate optimisation and information architecture. I have a deep understanding of how to use data to inform design decisions and create products that meet the needs of users and businesses alike.

I am skilled in Lean UX and design sprint methodology, which enables me to rapidly iterate on designs and get early and frequent feedback from users. This combined with proficiency in prioritisation frameworks like RICE and PIES, deep understanding of HTML/CSS and React and my expertise in Figma enables me to design user interfaces that are both engaging and developer-friendly.
